We’re hiring an Account Strategist to own performance across client accounts. You’ll spot opportunities, make decisions, execute fast, and keep improving results. If you like owning outcomes, you’ll thrive here.

What you’ll own

Email & SMS
Lifecycle flows, drop campaigns, behavioral segmentation. Revenue per recipient is the metric.

Paid Media
Meta, TikTok, Google Shopping. Test creatives, own tracking, optimise for ROAS.

Ecommerce
Shopify performance — CVR, AOV, repeat purchase rate. Own the full funnel.

Creative
Emails, ads, promos via Canva or Figma. Built to convert, not just look good.

Performance
Revenue, ROAS, CVR, AOV, retention — and knowing what to do next.

Client Work
You’re in the conversation — sharing insights and next steps, not just reports.


Requirements

Must-haves
  • 2–5 years in ecommerce marketing
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience
  • Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Shopping
  • Shopify familiarity
  • Managed multiple brand accounts
  • Can design in Canva or Figma
  • Comfortable being measured on results

  • You communicate clearly when off-track
  • Manage multiple accounts independently
